Delivery information

Delivery Charges:

The delivery cost is: £60 for economy 3 - 6 working days, And £90 for next day delivery if ordered by 1pm on a working day, for address over 80 miles from us its calculated with addition £.05p per mile and per kg, the total cost is displayed at checkout. 

Handling Times

Orders handling time takes 1-2 hours for next days orders and 2-3 days for economy.

Delivery Times:

Deliveries usually arrive between 7:30am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. If you need the delivery on a specific date please let us know and we will add a note to your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for delivery.

Flatbed & HIAB Lorries:

Deliveries are made by our partner's own vehicles, using flatbed lorries. Please ensure there is access or parking for the lorry.

The flatbeds lorries do not have a crane to offload your steel. Please ensure you are able to offload the steel form the lorry.

If you require a HIAB lorry (Loader Crane) please contact us to arrange that.

Missed Delivery:

If no one is available at the specified delivery address to accept the order, we regretfully have to cancel the order. Please be aware that the delivery charges are non-refundable. Additionally, all custom-made or personalised items are ineligible for return or refund.

If nobody is on site to receive the order, please contact us asap.

Track your Delivery:

We email you a tracking link, if we have not sent you and you wish to track your order, please contact us asap.

Delivery Did Not Arrived:

If the Estimated day for your delivery has passed and we have not delivered yet, please contact us asap.

Next Day Delivery: 

All products are eligible for next working day shipping for orders placed before 11 am, Monday through Friday (weekends and bank holidays not included). Express delivery will be shipped the following Monday for orders made after 11 am on Friday.
