Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. In such a case, you have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us and let us know that you wish to return your product. The most effective way to get in touch with us is via email at sales@nextdaysteel.co.uk, clearly stating your order number and the item(s) you intend to return.
After you've notified us, you'll have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us, resulting in a total period of 28 days from the moment you receive your item to complete the return process (14 days for notification + 14 days for dispatch). Please ensure to send the item within this period to adhere to our returns policy since we regretfully cannot accept returns outside these specified periods.
Please be aware that you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The item(s) you're looking to return need to be unused and sellable. Regrettably, we cannot facilitate returns for customised, personalised or cut-to-size items, products with missing parts, or those that have sustained damage and become unsellable during the return transit.
To round off your return, we'll need proof of purchase with your order details. You can send this along with the returned goods or email it to us at sales@nextdaysteel.co.uk. We're here to make this process as easy as possible for you, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5 to 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email at sales@nextdaysteel.co.uk.
You will be responsible for arranging the delivery and paying for the delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
