Strategically designed to be placed outside formwork panels, these plates help distribute the pressure exerted by tie rods across a broader area of the formwork surface, effectively reducing the risk of deformation or breakage under concrete pressure. Their square design ensures that tie rods function optimally, maintaining precise alignment and spacing and optimising the structural assembly of your projects.

Our system tie collection provides all the necessary components for construction projects of any scale, including robust tie rods, Thruty Cones, tie bar sleeves, and sturdy washers and nuts. These elements are designed to work seamlessly together, ensuring optimal performance. Designed with reusability in mind, the external components, such as nuts and washers, can be easily removed once the concrete has been set. Additionally, depending on project requirements, the embedded tie rods can remain in place or be removed, with the remaining holes neatly filled. This versatility ensures that our system meets the diverse demands of modern construction and supports sustainable building practices.
