ActiTex Bentonite Waterproofing Membrane is an active barrier of high-strength geotextiles encapsulating a layer of sodium bentonite. It is designed to self-seal and expand up to 15 times its dry volume. This innovative feature enables it to fill even the smallest concrete cracks resulting from ground settlement or shrinkage, while its mechanical bond to freshly poured concrete eliminates the risk of water tracking, ensuring a durable, water-tight seal.
