The sleeves are incredibly easy to use. Simply push the closed end of the sleeve over the end of the dowel bar, and you're good to go. They can be fitted at any time, allowing you to work at your own pace and convenience. For optimal performance, it is recommended to cover at least half the length of the bar with the sleeve.
