Express Delivery
Next Working Day
Order before 1pm Mon-Fri for next-day dispatch. Friday orders after 1pm ship Monday.
Economy Delivery
2 - 4 Working Days
Cost-effective delivery for non-urgent orders. Handling time: 1-2 days.

Delivery Information
Delivery Window
Deliveries arrive between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Need a specific date? Let us know and we'll add a note to your order.
Handling Times
Express: 1-2 hours
Economy: 1-2 working days
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for dispatch.
Flatbed & HIAB Lorries
Deliveries are made via flatbed lorries. Please ensure there is suitable access or parking. Flatbeds do not have a crane, so you must be able to offload the steel yourself. Need a HIAB (loader crane)? Contact us to arrange.
Track Your Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can monitor progress from our warehouse to your delivery address in real time.
Missed Delivery
If no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order, we may need to cancel it. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded. If nobody will be on-site, please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange.
Next-Day Delivery
All products are eligible for next working day shipping for orders placed before 1pm, Monday through Friday (weekends and bank holidays not included). Orders made after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
